
Pampushki with garlic in a bread machine
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. Any other fresh herbs will work instead of dill—for example, parsley. Vegetable oil can be fully replaced with good-quality butter. If you don’t have a bread machine, you can knead the dough by hand with no worries. The baking is ready. Serve it at the table.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Pour water into the bread machine pan.

Add salt.

Add the sugar.

Pour in vegetable oil (20 ml).

Then sprinkle in the dry yeast.

Place the bowl in the bread maker and close the lid. On the display, select the “Dough” program. Press the “Start” button.

When the bread machine signals with a beep, unplug it from the power supply and remove the bowl with the dough.

Divide the dough into equal-sized pieces and place them on the baking sheet right away.

Put the pampushki in an oven preheated to 190°C for 30 minutes.

In a bowl, mix a bunch of dill, finely chopped beforehand, with vegetable oil (20 ml).
