Garlic pampushki for borscht
Description
The required ingredients are simple and surely available in any kitchen. The yeast dough is the same basic kind that doesn't need a long rising time. From kneading to serving golden pampushky on the table will take no more than an hour and a half. If you'd like to serve borscht with hot garlic buns, I recommend preparing these two dishes almost simultaneously. Be sure to try this wonderful baked treat. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.

Step 9

Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place until they rise, usually 20–30 minutes is enough.

Step 10

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
- 11
Step 11

In a small bowl, combine 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp water, crushed garlic, 1-2 pinches of salt, and chopped dill.
- 12
Step 12

Brush the hot garlic rolls with the prepared garlic sauce and serve.
- 13
Step 13

They are eaten up instantly.
