Vegan pampushki
Description
Delicious baked goods for the whole family. Here is a simple recipe for tasty and vegan pampushky. For a long time, I thought that fasting meant eating boring food. But a friend of mine revealed a secret: fasting and vegetarian food are often quite similar. Nowadays, there are so many vegetarians that they've even set up their own production and invented lots of interesting things. In this case, I "borrowed" from them a substitute for regular milk—almond milk. Sure, it's more expensive, but it's delicious, rich, and perfect for baking! I highly recommend you give it a try. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
