Pampushki on kefir
Description
This simple and interesting recipe for kefir pampushki is my personal favorite. I never really liked fried pastries, but then I noticed in a cooking magazine that you should use very high-quality oil and change it in the pan as often as possible—then there won't be any unpleasant aftertaste. Also, the pampushki themselves should be blotted on all sides with paper towels before serving. They can be served with tea or coffee.
