Pampushki for borscht

Description

Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Buns made from sourdough starter are light and aromatic, and when served with a garlic sauce mixed with fresh herbs, they become incredibly delicious! These buns can be served as a standalone dish or as a side to borscht or soup—they will greatly enhance the flavor of any first course. Make sure to brush the buns with garlic while they're still hot, so they absorb all the wonderful flavors. Serve warm or cooled. Ideal with tea.
