Description

    In a bowl, mix the yeast, salt, and sugar. Gradually add the yeast mixture in a thin stream to the warmed milk, constantly stirring, then add the sifted flour.

    Knead the dough well and let it rest for 15 minutes at room temperature.

    Divide the dough into equal parts, shape the pieces into round buns, and let them rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

    Brush the buns with beaten egg and place in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 15 minutes.

    While the buns are baking, prepare the "glaze" for them. Finely chop the garlic, add it to the olive oil, and mix well. Don't forget to season with salt and pepper. Brush the warm buns with the garlic oil and serve with borscht!
