Pampushki without yeast

Description

These buns are not quite of traditional shape, but they turn out very tasty. The prepared dough is cut into squares, each square is dipped in vegetable oil, and then transferred into a pot. The buns are baked right in the pot. The finished buns are brushed with a sauce made of butter, garlic, and herbs. Good luck! Serve cooled or slightly warm.

    Mix the flour, salt, and baking soda (activated with vinegar). Make a well in the center and pour in the milk and vegetable oil. Knead the dough and roll it out into a 3 cm thick layer. Cut the dough into squares.

    Dip each piece of dough in vegetable oil and place them all into a pot. Cover with a lid and bake in the oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.

    Mix the butter, minced garlic, and herbs. Pour the resulting sauce over the ready garlic rolls.
