
Halibut in sauce
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. 1. Prepare and preheat the grill. Wait until the charcoal is "ready". 2. Season the halibut fillet with ground black pepper. 3. Place a large skillet on the grill. Pour in olive oil. 4. Add chopped onion and sauté until soft. 5. Add pepper and garlic. Cook for about 2 minutes. 6. Add salt, spinach, and white wine. Simmer for 1–2 minutes. Place the fish fillet into the skillet. 7. Put some wood chips on the grill and close the lid. 8. Reduce the heat by adjusting the airflow. 9. Cook for 15 minutes. 10. Carefully remove the fish from the skillet. 11. Lightly sauté the spinach and add sour cream. 12. Season with salt and pepper. 13. Serve the fish with spinach. The finished dish is ready to be served.
