Description
The recipe won't take much time. It's a simple, fairly common dish that pairs perfectly with any side. Tomatoes and mushrooms with mayonnaise give the fish not only flavor but also juiciness. If you happen to have halibut on hand, try this idea. Serve hot.

1. Wash and dry the fish, then cut into medium steaks.

2. Grease a baking sheet with oil and place the fish on it. Season with salt, pepper, add aromatic spices and lemon juice.
