Halibut in a pan
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Halibut is very easy to cook, has few bones, and is extremely filling. That's why I particularly enjoy cooking halibut. And if you add some fresh vegetables, the fish simply melts in your mouth! To cook halibut in a pan, you'll need two medium fillets, not too fatty. Finely chop the shallot and rinse the fennel seeds beforehand. If you can't find these ingredients, don't worry! You can always use regular fish seasoning. Check out the recipe with photos. Serve hot.
