Halibut steamed

Description

We'll be steaming the halibut with a generous number of ingredients. I always keep dried mushrooms on hand (we collect and dry them ourselves during mushroom season), and I also always have canned pineapple stocked. So, I should note that this recipe was born purely out of improvisation.
