Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. I found an interesting baking recipe and would like to share it with you. I'll describe it. Can be served with tea or coffee.

Any cheese will work for this dish, as long as it's a hard variety. First, grate it on a coarse grater.

Thaw the dough in advance. Roll it out on a floured surface to 25-30 centimeters. Cut into strips.

In a bowl, beat the egg with pepper and salt. Spread this mixture over the dough, then sprinkle cheese on top.

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper. Shape the strips and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake the dish for 15 minutes on one side. Then flip the sticks and cook for another 3 minutes. Enjoy the crunch!
