Onion Pakora
Description
It works both for a holiday and for everyday meals. This dish is truly very simple; the whole process takes less than half an hour. The batter is interesting in that it contains many spices and is made in one bowl with the vegetables, which saves a fair amount of time in the kitchen. You can serve the appetizer with a sauce of your choice, or as an accompaniment to a main hot dish. If you like to experiment, give it a try. Serve with herbs and sauce.
