
Nut Baklava
Description
Delicious pastry for the whole family. To make nut baklava, do the following: 1. Prepare the filling. 2. Knead and divide the dough. 3. Roll out the dough and layer it, placing the filling between each layer. 4. Put the dough in the oven and prepare the syrup. 5. Pour the syrup over the baklava and return it to the oven. 6. Let the baklava steep, then serve. Serve with tea or coffee.

Break an egg into a bowl. Beat it. Add melted milk and butter. Add flour, soda neutralized with vinegar, and knead the dough until smooth.

We divided the dough into 5 parts, so we need filling for 4 layers. Grease the baking tray with butter and spread the first layer. Then cover it with nuts. Repeat the same with the remaining layers. After placing the last layer, cut the dough into squares or diamonds.

Brush the surface of the baklava with beaten egg mixed with water. Brush the edges of the diamonds with butter. Place the baklava in the oven for 25 minutes at 190 degrees.

Meanwhile, melt the honey for 15 minutes. Pour the honey over the baklava and return it to the oven for half an hour. Let the baklava soak in the honey, then serve.
