Description

Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Filo baklava can be made in three layers. Place the first layer of dough, brush it with butter, and sprinkle with nuts. Then, place two more dough sheets on top, again brushing each with butter and sprinkling with nuts. Only then roll it tightly into a log. This will give you 6 rolls. The dough should be rolled very thin and the nuts applied in a thin layer. I prefer making it in a single, thicker layer. The dough is flaky anyway, so the result will be roughly the same, especially in terms of taste! Good luck, and your baked treat is ready. Serve at the table.

    Chop walnuts in a food processor.
