
Aromatic Baklava

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

2. Roast the nuts, remove the shells, and chop them slightly. Add sugar, semolina, cinnamon, and ground cloves. Mix well. The filling is ready.

3. Melt the butter over low heat, then add the olive oil. Mix well.

4. Roll out the dough, brush each sheet with butter. Stack the sheets according to the shape of the pan in which the baklava will be baked. Alternate layers of dough and filling to create approximately six layers.

5. The top layer of dough does not need to be greased with oil. If the dough is too dry, it can be sprayed with water.

6. Cut the dough into squares, prick each with a clove. Bake the baklava in the oven at 190 degrees (50 minutes).
