Seafood paella in a multicooker
Description
In the recipe for preparing seafood paella in a multicooker, you can use either fresh or frozen seafood, but they must be completely thawed beforehand. Chicken fillet can be replaced with drumsticks, for example, or omitted altogether if desired. 1. First, heat a small amount of oil and add the seafood. Sauté for a few minutes, then carefully remove from the bowl and set aside temporarily. 2. Peel the onion, chop it into cubes, and place it into the multicooker bowl, adding a bit more oil. 3. When the onion turns golden, add minced garlic. 4. Wash the sweet pepper, clean and dice it, then add to the bowl and sauté until soft. 5. Add the chicken fillet, cut into small pieces, to the vegetables and sauté. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add your favorite spices. 7. Pour in the rice and gently stir. 8. Add the sautéed seafood and pour in water or broth. 9. Cook the seafood paella in the multicooker using the "Pilaf" or "Rice" setting. 10. Before serving, add several lemon slices and, if desired, fresh herbs.
