Paella in Lavash
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Today I suggest making paella with vegetables, seafood, and chicken, serving it in small lavash bread baskets. This looks very original and is convenient for serving, especially for large gatherings. It's very important to choose spices according to your taste; I use Provence herbs. To color the rice, we'll use turmeric, a spice that doesn't have a strong flavor. That's it—take a look. The finished dish is ready to be served.

Step 7

Cut 4 squares approximately 12x12 cm from the lavash. Overlap two squares together. Place the paella in the center, then lift the edges and secure them with scallion or garlic stalks. As a result, you'll have a basket filled with delicious paella. Enjoy your meal!
