Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. 1. First, remove the skin and bones from the fish. Lightly season with salt and pepper and set aside. For this fish paella recipe, you can use not only salmon and pollock, but any other fish of your choice. 2. Peel the onion and chop it into small cubes. 3. Heat a little olive oil in a skillet and add the onion. Sauté until translucent. 4. Peel and mince the garlic. Add it to the onion and cook for a couple of minutes. 5. Wash the sweet pepper, remove the stem and seeds, and cut into small cubes. Add to the skillet and sauté until soft. Stir in the green peas. 6. On a separate skillet, heat a little oil and sear the fish. Add the peeled shrimp. 7. Transfer the cooked fish and seafood to the vegetables. Add the rice and pour in water or fish broth. 8.
