Chicken paella in a multicooker
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. 1. The recipe for chicken paella in a multicooker is very simple and won't take much time. First, wash and dry the chicken fillet, then cut it into pieces. Lightly season with salt and pepper. 2. Pour a little oil into the bottom of the multicooker bowl and heat it. Using the "Frying" mode, sauté the fillet until almost cooked through—about 8 minutes. 3. Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables. Peel the onion and cut it together with the sweet pepper into small cubes. 4. Remove the sautéed chicken from the multicooker and set aside temporarily. 5. If necessary, add a little more oil and place the onion into the bowl. Fry until translucent, then add the sweet pepper and peas. 6. When the vegetables become soft, add the rice and sauté for a couple of minutes. 7. Return the chicken to the multicooker. Gently mix everything, season with salt and pepper to taste, and add spices. 8. Pour in water or broth and switch to the "Rice" cooking mode. 9. When the chicken paella is ready, it can be served at the table with a slice of lemon and fresh herbs. The finished dish is ready to serve.
