Of course, we won't be able to try all 300, but we can certainly manage one, and today I'll show you how to make shrimp paella. In my opinion, among all the variations of this dish, the one I'm offering you is the simplest and tastiest. This paella will look vibrant and impressive on any table and is perfect for a romantic dinner, as it helps create a unique atmosphere and mood of a southern country. With this shrimp paella recipe, an ordinary lunch or dinner will turn into a little Spanish-style celebration. The dish is now ready to be served.

    Cut the onion into small cubes and mince the garlic as well.

    Pour olive oil into a frying pan and sauté the onion with garlic until lightly golden.

    Now place the tomatoes in the pan, pour in the water, add salt and season with ground pepper and saffron, then mix everything.

    After 10 minutes, open the lid, place sliced olives and green peas on top of the rice. Cover the pan again and cook the paella over high heat for another minute. Then turn off the heat and let the dish sit, covered, for another 10–15 minutes. Serve the paella garnished with lemon wedges. Enjoy your meal!
