Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The recipe for mushroom paella belongs to traditional Spanish cuisine and is typically made on Saint Joseph's Day or on Sundays. Although Spaniards themselves believe that paella is a dish unique to Valencia, where it is considered a regional symbol. It was in Valencia that I first tried this amazing dish and instantly fell in love with its delicate, refined taste and incredible aroma. Now I prepare paella at home, though I've slightly modified the classic ingredients, adapting them to my own taste. Today, I'd like to share with you how to make mushroom paella according to my recipe. In my opinion, the result is just as good as that of Spanish masters. The finished dish is ready to be served.
