
Chicken and Chorizo Paella
Description
The recipe won't take much time. To prepare this Spanish dish, you'll need to boil the rice beforehand, sauté whole garlic cloves in a pan, then fry them together with red onion and bell pepper. Next, add chicken pieces coated in starch, peas, and chorizo sausage. Garnish with lime slices and chili pepper when serving. You can add other vegetables to the paella, omit the chicken, or replace the peas with corn. The possibilities are limited only by your imagination. Serve hot.

1. Slice the pepper, peel the garlic.

2. Crush the garlic cloves with a knife and sauté with the addition of oil.
