
Classic seafood paella
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This traditional Spanish dish is easy to prepare, even for a beginner cook. Seafood and vegetables are sautéed separately in olive oil, then rice is fried in the same oil, after which everything is poured with fish broth and simmered until the rice is cooked. Simple enough, isn't it? Yet your family will truly appreciate this dish, as it's not only delicious but also vibrant and visually appealing. Serve hot.

Dice the tomatoes and peppers.

Chop the onion and garlic as you prefer.

First fry the shrimp and mussels in olive oil, then remove them from the pan.

Add onion and garlic to the pan, sauté for 5 minutes. Then add the remaining vegetables, cook for about 7 minutes.

Add the rice (it's better not to rinse the rice, it will taste better). Fry everything for about 5 minutes.
