Oat pie in a multicooker
Description
I suggest making a fairly simple and delicious pie that can even be served decorated with chocolate glaze, for example. This easy oatmeal cake recipe for a multicooker has a few secrets. 1. Nuts (in this case walnuts, but you can use others) should be pre-dried in the oven. Then let them cool and crush them slightly using a mortar or knife. You can make them quite fine if desired, but it's better to leave some small pieces. 2. Scald raisins with boiling water, then dry them off. You may also add other dried fruits. 3. Place the egg in a bowl and lightly beat with a fork. Add sugar and honey in desired proportions. 4. Melt the butter and let it cool. Combine it with the egg mixture and mix thoroughly. 5. Apple is another interesting ingredient. Peel it and grate finely on a small grater. 6. Extinguish the baking soda with lemon juice and add it to the butter-egg mixture. 7. Combine with the grated apple and mix everything well. 8. Gradually add the oat flakes, stirring thoroughly. To make the oat cake in the multicooker more aromatic, you can add vanilla or cinnamon. 9. Once the batter is ready, carefully pour it into the multicooker bowl, previously greased with butter. 10. Simply set the Baking mode for 1 hour. This cake can be served either warm or completely cooled. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
