Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. Instead of butter, you can use high-quality margarine, but not a spread.
- 2
Step 2

Crack the chicken eggs into the bowl of a food processor or a deep container, then add the sugar and salt.
- 3
Step 3

Whip everything for about 3–4 minutes until fluffy and foamy.
- 4
Step 4

Carefully add the oat flour to the container and mix.
- 5
Step 5

Melt the butter in the microwave or in a double boiler. Grease the multicooker bowl with part of the melted butter, and pour the rest into the batter. Mix well.
- 6
Step 6

Pour the batter into the pan. Cut the apples into pieces, remove the seed cores, and rinse. Pat dry with a paper towel and cut into small cubes. Add the chopped apples to the batter and activate the "Bake" mode for 50 minutes.
- 7
Step 7

Remove the finished pie from the pan immediately after baking; otherwise it will become denser and difficult to remove. Let the pastry cool slightly.
- 8
Step 8

Cut the pie into portions and serve. You can also complement it with preserves, jam, or syrup.
