Oat bread in a multicooker
Description
Homemade baked goods to go with tea. The bread turns out moist inside with a crispy crust. This bread is good with soups or for sandwiches. If your multi cooker has a “multi cook” function, set the temperature to 35 degrees and keep the dough at that temperature.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the necessary ingredients.
- 2
Step 2

Pour the oats into a large bowl. Cover with boiling water and leave for 20–25 minutes.
- 3
Step 3

After the allotted time the oats will have softened and absorbed liquid. Stir them. Add yeast, sugar, and salt. Stir again.
- 4
Step 4

Add the flour.
- 5
Step 5

Start kneading the dough with a spoon. When it begins to come together in clumps, add vegetable oil and knead until smooth and uniform.
- 6
Step 6

The finished dough should be soft and sticky yet hold its shape well. Grease your hands with vegetable oil and shape the dough into a round ball.
- 7
Step 7

Preheat the multicooker inner pot on the Warm setting for 3–4 minutes. Turn it off. Grease it with vegetable oil and sprinkle with a little rolled oats.
- 8
Step 8

Place the prepared dough in the bowl and sprinkle rolled oats on top. Close with the multicooker lid and leave to rise for 1 hour. After an hour, without opening the lid, turn on Bake mode for 45 minutes.
- 9
Step 9

When the timer ends, lift the bread out using the steaming bowl (or steaming insert) and turn it onto the other side. Bake for another 30 minutes on “Bake”.
- 10
Step 10

When the bread is baked, leave it in the closed multicooker for 30 minutes, without using the keep-warm function. Then remove it, transfer it to a board, and let it cool. Then serve.
- 11
Step 11

Remove from the oven and serve warm or cooled.
