Oat cookies (classic recipe)
Description
Homemade baked treats for tea. Homemade oat cookies taste very different from store-bought ones. Of course, in a better way. They are much softer and don't crumble as much. You can add raisins, nuts, seeds, or chocolate. Don't try to shape the cookies into perfect circles—leave the edges uneven, making them look even more appetizing. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
