Oatmeal in baking
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can decorate the finished muffins with chocolate spread or any other icing of your choice. These muffins will definitely be a hit with your family. They're also very convenient to pack as a snack for children at school. Serve the muffins with tea or cocoa.

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Grease the muffin tin with butter. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly. In a bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir well. In another bowl, beat the eggs with sugar, then add honey and vanilla. Pour in the melted butter and mix everything well.

Add oats to the bowl with flour, combine the contents of the two bowls, and mix everything until uniform. Then add raspberries and gently mix.

Place the dough into molds, filling them up to 2/3, and bake for 15-20 minutes. Then cool and remove from the molds.
