Oat Pancakes with Apple
Description
Homemade baking for tea. Oat pancakes in our family are loved even more than the regular ones, and when they're with apples—it's a real fairy tale. They are no more difficult or time‑consuming to make than the ordinary ones, but the taste—uncomparable, like heaven and earth. Try them at least once—I’m sure you’ll like them. I hope my oat pancake recipe with photos will help you. Good luck. Serve them cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Grind the oatmeal flakes using a blender.
- 2
Step 2

Add flour, cinnamon, eggs, milk, and sugar to them. Whisk until the mixture reaches pancake‑batter consistency.
- 3
Step 3

We finely dice the apples (but don’t puree them in a blender!) and also add them to the dough.

Step 4

Basically, now all that's left is to fry our pancakes in olive oil. We pour about 2 tablespoons of batter onto the pan, frying for about 2 minutes on each side.

Step 5

All done, our oat pancakes with apples are ready. Serve at the table with sour cream, maple syrup, or any other sauce.
