Step 1

1. First, peel the banana and pear. Cut them in half or into 4 pieces. If desired, you can use other fruits in this recipe for diet oat pancakes—apples, for example. Place the pear, banana, and oat flakes into the blender bowl. If you don't have a blender, you can grate the pear and mash the banana with a fork. In this case, since the oat flakes will remain whole, it's better to use finer oats.

Step 2

2. Add a little milk to the bowl. It's better to use skim milk. You can also use kefir or whey if desired.

Step 3

3. Add the eggs and a little olive oil (or any other oil to taste). Pour in 1-2 tablespoons of honey and beat until smooth.

Step 4

4. If blended with a blender, the mixture will become very smooth and lump-free. You can optionally add a pinch of salt and baking soda, but even without them, the oat pancakes turn out tender and diet-friendly when made at home.

Step 5

5. It remains to heat the pan thoroughly and pour in a small amount of batter.

Step 6

6. The pancakes fry quite quickly. They turn out very soft, and most importantly—without salt or sugar. Serve them with any fruits and favorite toppings.
