Oat pancakes
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Oat pancakes, like regular wheat flour pancakes, can be enjoyed with jam, honey, or sour cream. You can also fill them with cottage cheese or red fish. They are much thicker than regular flour pancakes. You can prepare a mix of dry ingredients and store it in the refrigerator, using it as needed. Serve warm or chilled. Ideal with tea.
