Oat bars
Description
The recipe won't take much time. If you're interested, serve chilled.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Oat flakes need to be ground into coarse flour. To do this, pour the flakes into a blender and blend at high speed. You can also use ready-made store-bought flour.
- 2
Step 2

Take a large dry bowl with high sides. Add the oatmeal to it. Add the whole wheat flour.
- 3
Step 3

Take the butter out of the refrigerator. Melt it in a water bath until liquid. You can also use a microwave for this purpose, which will speed up the process. Pour the melted butter into a bowl with the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Step 4

Take a non-stick baking dish and place the resulting mixture into it. Smooth it out and firmly press it down with your hands. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for twenty minutes.

Step 5

After twenty minutes, take the cake out of the oven and evenly spread condensed milk over the entire surface. Then "draw" stripes of jam or preserves on top of the cake. Return the future bars to the oven for another twenty minutes. Let the finished cake cool and cut it into portions.
