Oat cookies with cherries and honey
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or baking paper. In a small bowl, mix together flour, cinnamon, baking soda, nutmeg, and salt. Set aside. Beat butter, sugar, and honey in a bowl with an electric mixer at high speed for about 4 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla, and beat again. Reduce speed and gradually add the flour mixture, mixing until combined. Stir in oats and dried cherries. Drop the dough by tablespoonfuls about 2 cm apart onto the prepared baking sheets. Bake until lightly golden, 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool on the sheets for 5 minutes. Transfer cookies to a wire rack and let cool completely. Cookies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. The baking is ready. Serve.
