
Quick oat cookies
Description
As you know, oats are a real treasure trove of beneficial nutrients. But not everyone likes oatmeal, so to avoid missing out on this source of vitamins, try this simple and quick oat cookie recipe. It's really fast to prepare—and gets eaten up quickly too :) The baked goods are ready. Serve them at the table.

Rub the softened butter at room temperature with sugar and salt.

Add eggs to the butter and mix thoroughly.

Mix flour and oat flakes in a separate dish.

Add the flour with flakes to the butter and eggs and mix.

This is the dough we got for the cookies. Turn on the oven to 200 degrees and let it preheat.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and carefully spoon out portions of dough. You can shape the cookies using two spoons or your hands lightly greased with vegetable oil. The dough will spread slightly during baking, so leave space between the cookies. Bake for 15 minutes. The edges of the finished cookies should turn light brown.
