Oat cookies without butter
Description
Homemade treats for tea. This is a great recipe for making oat cookies without butter or sugar. You can make this homemade treat with any dried fruits or nuts according to your taste. To add sweetness, you can include a little honey in the dough. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions

Step 1

1. Before starting to prepare the dough, soak the dried fruits in warm water and leave them for some time to soften.

Step 2

2. Chop the nuts with a knife. I don't recommend using a blender, because this recipe for oil-free oat cookies requires small pieces of nuts, not powder.

Step 3

3. Place the oat flakes (preferably soft and fine) into a small bowl and add the peeled bananas.

Step 4

4. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth. If the batter turns out too dry, you can add a little kefir (in this case, it's better to let the flakes sit for about 10 minutes). Drain the dried fruit, then add them to the oat mixture along with the nuts.

Step 5

5. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on the baking sheet. During baking, the oat cookies without butter will not increase much in size.

Step 6

6. Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven for about 25-35 minutes. Once the cookies are golden brown, let them cool completely.

Step 7

7. These cookies are stored well and remain soft and delicious even after several days.
