Description
Perfectly complements tea and coffee. Does your family love eating healthy breakfasts, but everyone has different tastes? No problem—this dish can be made with various fillings, while the base remains the same for everyone: an oat crepe. This new trend in healthy eating has only recently appeared, but it's already won the hearts of many. I'll tell you about it. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

In a bowl, crack the eggs, add salt and milk. Beat and mix until smooth.
- 2
Step 2

Now add oat flour. If you don't have any, grind oat flakes in a coffee grinder.
- 3
Step 3

Let the resulting dough sit for a few minutes so the oats can absorb the liquid.
- 4
Step 4

Meanwhile, let's prepare the fillings. Grate the sausage and half of the cheese on a coarse grater. Peel the banana and slice it, along with the strawberries. Cut the tomatoes into small rounds.
- 5
Step 5

Heat a frying pan over medium heat, lightly greased with vegetable oil.
- 6
Step 6

And we fry the first oat pancake.
- 7
Step 7

When the bottom side is browned, flip the pancake and place the filling on one half. I mixed sausage with cheese.
- 8
Step 8

Cover with a lid and fry until the bottom side is browned.
- 9
Step 9

Place the oat pancake on a plate and cover the filling with the second half of the pancake.
- 10
Step 10

Fry the second pancake in exactly the same way as the first, but with a filling of tomatoes and cheese.
- 11
Step 11

Place on a plate and fold in half, covering the filling.
- 12
Step 12

And we fry the sweet version of the oat pancake.
- 13
Step 13

You can serve each pancake with a side, sauce, herbs, honey, or yogurt.
