Oat pancake with a healthy filling
Description
The recipe won't take much time. For today's pancake filling, I have banana and cinnamon. But I'd like to suggest a few other healthy filling options: 1. Cottage cheese + lightly salted salmon 2. Boiled chicken breast + tomato + herbs 3. Cottage cheese + tomato + cucumber + lettuce leaf 4. Cottage cheese + strawberries 5. Cottage cheese + banana + walnuts Enjoy your cooking!
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients. Use quick-cooking oats. Let's get started!
- 2
Step 2

Grind the oats in a coffee grinder until they become flour. Add the egg and milk.
- 3
Step 3

Mix thoroughly.

Step 4

Heat the skillet. It's better to use a non-stick one. Pour the batter into the skillet and cook over low heat until a crust forms.
- 5
Step 5

Carefully flip the oat pancake with a wide spatula and cook on the other side.
- 6
Step 6

Place a sliced banana on half of the pancake and sprinkle with cinnamon (it will improve metabolism).

Step 7

Cover with the second half of the oat pancake and serve with a cup of green tea. Enjoy!
