
Vegetable rolls made from tortilla wraps
Description
The recipe won't take much time. As a filling for rolls you can also use: blanched and cooled asparagus; spinach leaves; ham; roast beef; sweet pepper cut into strips; boiled shrimp. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Step 1

1. Slice the green onion, parsley, and basil. Slice the turkey into very thin strips. Cut the carrot into matchsticks. Remove the seeds from the cucumber and cut it into matchsticks. Slice the avocado. Mix the softened cream cheese with the green onion, parsley greens, and basil. Season with salt and pepper to taste and stir until smooth.

2. Spread a thin layer of the buttery mixture onto the tortilla shells.

3. Place the ingredients in the center of the flatbreads. For turkey rolls: place turkey, carrot, and cucumber in the center.

4. For salad rolls: place lettuce, carrot, cucumber and avocado in the center. Let the vegetables extend beyond the edges of the flatbreads.

5. Roll the flatbread tightly into a roll, wrap each roll in plastic film, and place it in the refrigerator for one hour.

6. After the time is up, remove the film, cut each roll in half, and then in half again.
