Description

A modern kitchen helper comes to the rescue – a blender. With its help, you can make a vegetable cocktail for a child and even include vegetables they don't usually like. You can mix different types of vegetables or combine them by color, for example: red cocktail or green cocktail. In one glass, you'll get a vitamin-rich drink that provides a boost of energy and vitality. These cocktails can replace breakfast or serve as a light snack. The drink is ready to serve.

    1. Peel and wash the carrot, then use a juicer (or a grater, if you don't have a juicer) to extract the juice into a glass.

    2. Pour water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Separate the cauliflower into florets, add to slightly salted water, and cook for 3-4 minutes.

    3. Place the tomatoes in a saucepan and pour boiling water over them. After 1-2 minutes, drain the water, remove the skin, cut out the stems, and chop the tomatoes into large pieces.

    4. Place the chopped tomatoes into the blender container, add the cauliflower florets and pour in the carrot juice. Blend everything in the blender until smooth. Add salt and ground pepper to taste, along with a few drops of Tabasco sauce. Blend once again.
