
Vegetable pie
Description
Homemade pastries for tea. The filling can be varied; today we'll make them with cabbage, zucchini, carrots, and onions. The pastries turn out tender, juicy, and very appetizing! They're delicious both hot and cold. This baked treat is quite simple to prepare—definitely save this recipe. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Dice the onion and grate the carrot on a grater.

Sauté the vegetables in vegetable oil until tender.

Shred the cabbage and add it to the onion and carrot.

Once the cabbage becomes soft and decreases in size, add the zucchini grated on a coarse grater. Also add salt and ground pepper to taste.

Simmer everything together over medium heat until the liquid evaporates.

Meanwhile, beat the eggs with 0.5 tsp of salt.

Add milk.

Pour in the flour and baking soda.

Grease the baking pan. Sprinkle the bottom and sides with flour or semolina, then pour in half of the batter. Spread the prepared vegetable filling evenly on top.
