Prepare all the ingredients.

Dice the carrots, onion, and zucchini, and finely chop the cabbage and celery. Sauté them in a pan with spices and corn until the carrots are soft and the excess liquid has evaporated.

Pass the roasted vegetables through a meat grinder.

Blot the tofu with paper towels and grate finely.
