Vegetable stew in a multicooker for diabetics

40 min4 serv.20 февр. 2026 г.

Description

The recipe won't take much time. Not all vegetables are suitable for people with diabetes. For example, boiled potatoes, carrots, and beets are not the best choice. Today we'll use two types of cabbage—cauliflower and broccoli—add some green beans, sweet pepper, onion, a bit of tomato, and mushrooms. This will be a healthy and tasty combination. No oil, no frying—just stewing with water. Flavor will come from a small amount of spices. Serve hot.
