Vegetable stew in a multicooker
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I'll tell you. The finished dish can be served at the table.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the vegetables for the stew. Wash and peel everything. Let's get started. You can cook the stew in any deep cookware, for example, a cauldron, a high-sided frying pan, or a multicooker.
- 2
Step 2

Cut the onion, carrots, and bell pepper into small cubes. Blanch the tomatoes with boiling water to remove the skin, then cut them into pieces.
- 3
Step 3

Sauté onion and carrot in vegetable oil, then add bell pepper after a couple of minutes and cook the vegetables until they are half-cooked.
- 4
Step 4

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes or small pieces.
- 5
Step 5

Add it to the vegetables in the multicooker to sauté.
- 6
Step 6

Thinly shred the cabbage (or cut it into cubes, like the other vegetables).
- 7
Step 7

Cut the zucchini into cubes.
- 8
Step 8

Add cabbage, zucchini, tomatoes, and salt to the sautéed vegetables. Simmer the vegetables, covered, for about 30 minutes.
- 9
Step 9

At the end of cooking, add ground black pepper, finely chopped dill, and garlic, mix well and turn off the multicooker. Let the vegetables stand for about 15–20 minutes, then serve.
