Vegetable stew with meat and mushrooms
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can use any meat—you may prefer pork. You can add any mushrooms you like along with the mushrooms. Be sure to include potatoes, carrots, onions, cauliflower, and broccoli. Serve the stew on its own, with a spoonful of sour cream, some fresh herbs, fresh vegetables, or pickles. Serve hot.
