
Vegetable stew with potatoes

The principle is the same: chop the vegetables, sauté them, then simmer until done. You can make stew with potatoes, zucchini, carrots, cabbage—any vegetables you like, according to your taste. Prepare all the ingredients.

Pour oil into a cauldron. Heat it up and add chopped onion and carrot cut into random pieces.

Sauté the vegetables until soft for 3-5 minutes.

Add the shredded cabbage and mix everything.

Continue cooking for about 15-20 minutes, until the cabbage becomes soft.
