Squid combined with bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, tomatoes, and roasted sesame seeds create an extraordinary flavor you'll remember for a long time. Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making vegetable ragout with squid.

Wash the carrots well, peel and cut into small cubes. Sauté the carrots in a well-heated pan with vegetable oil for 5–7 minutes.

Cut the zucchini into small pieces, add to the carrots and fry for 5 minutes.

Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds, cut into medium pieces, place in a pan and fry for 10-12 minutes.

Wash the tomatoes well, dry with a paper towel, slice them, add to the other ingredients, mix and fry for 3-5 minutes.

Rinse the squid thoroughly under clean water, pour boiling water over them and let sit for 2 minutes. Then remove, peel and slice into rings. Add the squid at the very end of cooking, stir, season with salt and simmer everything for 5-7 minutes.
