
Vegetable stew like in kindergarten
Description
Juicy and delicious stew will be a great idea for lunch or dinner for the whole family. I stew the cabbage separately to give it a richer flavor, but you can add it to the vegetables right away. If you have fresh tomatoes on hand, you can grate them and use instead of tomato paste.

Wash and peel the vegetables.

Dice the onion.

Cut the carrots into thin strips.

Cut the potato into small cubes.

Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the potatoes over high heat until a golden crust forms. Remove from the pan and set aside for now.
