Vegetable ragout for pasta
Description
The dish is easy to prepare. If you are making vegetable stew for pasta in a pot, I recommend first sautéing the onion and cabbage, then simmering the grated beet in a frying pan with a couple of tablespoons of vinegar. Then mix everything in the pot, add the remaining ingredients, pour in water and simmer covered over low heat. Serve the finished dish hot.
