Vegetable stew with zucchini
Description
If you don't happen to have a multicooker, you can prepare the stew in a frying pan or a cast-iron pot (which almost everyone has). The star ingredient of the dish is zucchini, and you can add any vegetables you like to it, such as potatoes, bell peppers, onions, and carrots. The dish turns out juicy and diet-friendly.
